LAUNCHING FALL 2025
From the Founder
If a baby’s days can be measured in diapers, then hundreds of hours are spent changing them. And those hours shape a baby’s perception of the world.
In my household, the diaper changing station has been central to many activities: changing diapers (obviously), getting dressed and undressed, drying off post-bathtime, clearing nasal congestion, brushing teeth, administering medicine, massaging little bodies, snuggling, and even playing. Some of the most intimate, sweet, and joyful moments I’ve experienced with my baby girls have happened in this environment. It can be a magical place for deep connection.
But it can also be a location for meltdown central!
Thousands of my daughter’s tears have been shed over diapering. Please lay down (and stay down)! Please don’t grab your poop-covered tush! Please don’t run away when it’s time to change! The number of wrestling matches, screaming fits, and end-of-days meltdowns caused by the simple act of diaper changing has far outnumbered my fleeting and sublime moments of connection in this environment.
What if diaper drama could be systematically reduced? That’s the question that led me to found this company and tackle one of the most personal (and, it turns out, universal) pain points I’ve experienced as a mom. No one told me that diaper changing becomes progressively more challenging as stationary newborns grow into wiggly babies and tantruming toddlers. I want to create products and a system that helps parents make this inevitable part of caregiving little more joyful and fun.
SO WHERE IS YOUR DIAPER CHANGING PRODUCT? AND WHY ARE YOU SELLING NURSERY ART?
Developing a physical product is a labor of love that, as it turns out, is spanning multiple years. I had the idea for this product in late 2023, so it's already been close to a year to get to the prototyping phase. Fortunately I'm working with a wonderful team of product designers, industrial engineers, product managers, trading companies, manufacturers, safety consultants and baby space experts to create a product (I'm hoping) will be invaluable to parents globally.
In the meanwhile, I wanted to launch my brand and start building a bit of momentum in the baby space. So I converted some of the designs created for my art cards into nursery art. Consider this a sneak peek of what is to come ;-)
